Allround ICT Support Engineer

- As a Support employee you support our internal customers with the most diverse technical support questions related to our services.
- In this challenging and varied first-line support function, you are the first point of contact for our employees and therefore also jointly responsible for satisfied internal customers.
- Solving problems independently and, if necessary, you will request the help of a colleague/
- Performing periodic checks, back-ups and upgrades of our applications and infrastructure.
- Installation of infrastructure for internal customers and updating documentation.
The candidate we are looking for is/ has:
- MBO-4 or Bachelor degree in IT or ICT
- Extended knowledge about Azureportal and servers, Active Directory, Application Support and Cloud support
- Good knowledge about Microsoft Windows and IT
- Strong affinity with the actual trends and new technology in the ICT landscape and driven by continuous improvement in this area.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
- Able to work with several suppliers who deliver state of the art solutions.
- Manage suppliers to which parts of the IT Infrastructure are outsourced to.
- Team player and strong communicator on all levels.
