Talent program

In our 2 -year program, you will be introduced to our companies complex technology from different point of views, on top of this we invest in your personal development via additional training, courses and engagement with our Leadership Team. Our aim is to offer you a fast track towards a leading and/ or specialism career in our technology.

We have multiple types of traineeships. For now we are open for:

• • a Test & Measurement / Reliability trainee (electronics / physics background)
  • a Process Engineering trainee (chemical / electronics / physics background)

We invest in you via a tailor-made selection of extra training modules, personal coaching ,a technical buddy as well as a more senior coach.

What are we looking for?
To qualify for our talent program, you have to meet ALL below requirements:

• Ph.D./Masters degree in above mentioned fields or a degree in Photonics.
• Able to show us a letter of recommendation from a professor or previous internship.
• Affinity with our industry and technology
• Meet the required level during our interview
• Able to solve our business case.

• An annual salary between 40K and 50K depending on education and additional experience.
