SMART Photonics B.V. is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information entrusted to us by our customers, partners, suppliers and employees. Information security is an integral part of our business operations and supports the reliable delivery of our products and services.

We maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) designed to identify, assess and manage information security risks. Through policies, procedures and appropriate technical and organisational measures, we aim to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.

Information Security Policy

To request a copy of our Information Security Policy, please send an email to info@smartphotonics.nl stating your request and the intended use of the document.

We will review the request and, where appropriate, provide the policy or relevant sections of it. In some cases, we may ask for additional information before sharing the document.

ISO/IEC 27001Certification

SMART Photonics B.V. maintains certification against the ISO/IEC 27001 standard for information security management.

A copy of our ISO/IEC27001 certificate can be made available upon request. Where appropriate, we can also provide our Statement of Applicability (SoA), which outlines the information security controls applicable to our organisation and the justification for their inclusion or exclusion within the scope of our Information Security Management System.
