Shift leader – 5-shift schedule

Your Role as a Shift Lead

Since June 2021, our production has been running 24/7 in a 5-shift system. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee your team, ensure smooth operations, and create an environment where everyone can work with precision and focus. Each shift consists of Operators (junior to senior level) , who drive the production process, and Technicians, who provide technical support and onboard new team members. as well as a Shift Engineer, who solves technical issues and act as troubleshooter.

We’re transitioning from a small-scale production environment to high-volume manufacturing, which brings exciting challenges and opportunities. That’s why we need an experienced leader from a cleanroom or production background—someone who takes responsibility with pride, values quality, and puts people first.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team – Manage daily operations, ensure discipline, train and mentor employees, and oversee performance evaluations.
Plan Smartly & Efficiently – Create shift schedules while considering production priorities, machine maintenance, and team availability.
Think Big Picture – Drive team growth, optimize processes, and provide strategic advice to fellow Shift Leads and senior management.
Prevent & Solve Issues – Quickly detect errors or process disruptions and take action to keep production running smoothly.
Collaborate & Improve – Join Shift Lead and cross company meetings, share insights, and work towards company-wide goals as one strong team.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience – Bachelor degree in a technical field (e.g., Process Technology or Vapro C) and  4+ years of leadership experience in a cleanroom/production environment.
Language Skills – Excellent skills in English language + Dutch is very strong preferred.
Flexible & Committed – Willing to work in a 5-shift system and adapt to a fast-growing environment.
Strong, Fair Leadership – You know how to bring out the best in a team, recognize talent, have the tough conversations when needed, and keep production running smoothly.
