Principal RF scientist

About the Role –

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and scientists,

RF design: master the RF designs, characterization and industrialization preferable on InP.

Customer Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, translating their needs into technical requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of RF solutions. Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including customers, stakeholders, and team members. Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations.

Qualifications –

Education: Ph.D. Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Photonics or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in RF design and development in a commercial environment, with a proven track record of successful project leadership and technical achievements.

Required Skills – Expertise in RF design and analysis tools and methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, including requirements gathering, solution development, and presentation.
